All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 12 PM are processed the next working day.

Standard Delivery

We offer Standard UK Delivery within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
Tracking information will be provided via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

Express Delivery

Express delivery (1–2 business days) may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Delivery Charges

Free standard delivery on all orders over £500.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to mainland UK.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and offshore postcodes may take longer and may include an additional charge.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive your parcel, the courier will leave a calling card or attempt redelivery.
Luvon UK is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, or incomplete address details.
