Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12 PM are processed the next working day.

Standard Delivery

  • We offer Standard UK Delivery within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

  • Tracking information will be provided via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

Express Delivery

  • Express delivery (1–2 business days) may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Delivery Charges

 

  • Free standard delivery on all orders over £500.

Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver to mainland UK.

  • Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and offshore postcodes may take longer and may include an additional charge.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

  • If no one is available to receive your parcel, the courier will leave a calling card or attempt redelivery.

  • Luvon UK is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, or incomplete address details.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment’s progress in real time.
